David M. Piccolo is a tax and business lawyer in Toronto, Ontario. David M. Piccolo is licensed to practice law in Ontario. David received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. While in law school, David completed the tax law curriculum stream and was awarded the 2008 Ronald Robertson Q.C. Memorial Tax Prize for the student who submits the best research paper for the seminar in Tax Policy. Prior to Law School, David earned a B.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business, York University.

David is also the author of a number of papers in the field of tax law, which have been published in The Supreme Court Law Review and The LSN Tax Law: Practitioner Series. David’s papers can be viewed here.
